Short Term Goals

My short-term goal is to begin my career as an instructional designer or e-learning developer in a collaborative corporate or higher education environment where I can apply the knowledge and skills I developed through my graduate studies at Florida State University. I look forward to working with multidisciplinary teams to design engaging, technology-enhanced learning experiences while continuing to grow my expertise in instructional design, multimedia development, and project management.

Long-Term Goal

My long-term goal is to become a leader in instructional design, creating innovative learning solutions that improve performance and make a meaningful impact on learners and organizations. I aspire to lead the design and development of large-scale learning initiatives, mentor other instructional designers, and continue exploring emerging technologies to create engaging, accessible, and interactive learning experiences. Throughout my career, I hope to combine my extensive teaching background with instructional design expertise to help organizations foster continuous learning and achieve their educational goals.
